What does the Premium plan cover?
The Premium plan includes full coverage insurance with zero deductible, no deposit, free priority 24/7 roadside assistance, a free child seat on request, and premium vehicle cleaning.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium?
Yes, upgrading to Premium is possible before vehicle pickup, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange the change.
What happens in case of an accident?
On Basic, you are liable up to the deductible amount. On Premium, the deductible is zero: you pay nothing (except excluded cases like driving under the influence or hit-and-run).
Is the security deposit charged or just held?
The security deposit is a credit card pre-authorization — it is held, not charged. It is released when the vehicle is returned in good condition. On Premium, no deposit at all.
What is not covered by any plan?
No plan covers personal belongings, traffic fines, interior damage caused by negligence, unauthorized off-road driving, or driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Is the child seat paid on Basic?
Yes, on Basic the child seat is available as an option at 55 DH/day. On Premium, it is free on request.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, if cancelled up to 48h before pickup, the 20% deposit is fully refunded.
