Is a security deposit required?
With Basic, a security deposit is held on your bank card. The amount depends on the vehicle and is shown on its page. With Premium, no security deposit is required and no amount is held on your card. The security deposit is a guarantee; the excess is the amount you may have to pay for damage covered by insurance. Both plans require a 20% booking advance. The balance is paid when you collect the keys.
What insurance is included in my rental?
Basic: an excess is payable in the event of a claim. Its amount is shown on the vehicle page. Premium: comprehensive insurance with no excess, for peace of mind on your trip. Coverage and any exclusions are detailed in the rental terms.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup. The 20% booking advance is fully refunded.
How does airport delivery work?
On arrival at the airport, our agent meets you at the exit with your vehicle ready to go. Before you arrive, we send the agent’s contact details via WhatsApp to help you find each other.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence (national or international), an ID card or passport, and a bank card in the driver’s name.
Is mileage really unlimited?
Yes, 100% unlimited on all our plans. Explore Morocco without counting kilometres.

- Payment: 20% deposit online by card, the balance when you collect the car. Unlimited mileage.
