No security deposit does not mean no booking payment
Fun & Run’s Premium plan does not require a security deposit. Basic involves a credit card hold whose amount depends on the vehicle. The advance payment made to reserve the car is a separate part of the rental price.
The website specifies a 20% booking payment. Check the exact amount in the summary, particularly when delivery fees or other charges apply. The remaining balance is shown before payment.
What Premium includes
- No security deposit or vehicle guarantee card hold.
- No deductible for claims covered by the rental contract.
- Free 24/7 roadside assistance, a child seat on request and premium cleaning.
- Unlimited mileage, also included in Basic.
A zero deductible does not remove contractual exclusions. Traffic fines, fuel and unauthorised use are not made free by choosing Premium. Read the plan comparison before booking.
How does the Basic card hold work?
The security deposit is a card preauthorisation rather than a rental charge. Its amount appears on the vehicle page. Release follows the return inspection and the contract’s conditions; the time taken to appear in your account also depends on your bank.
