Where does your agent meet you?

At both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, your Fun & Run agent waits at the arrivals exit, after customs and baggage claim, and contacts you on WhatsApp as soon as you land. No shuttle: the two terminals are adjacent and the car is handed over right at the exit.

The procedure, step by step

1. Book online with your flight number — we track your flight in real time
2. Collect your luggage and exit arrivals
3. Meet the agent, document check, joint vehicle inspection
4. Pay the balance (80%) and get the keys — allow 10–15 minutes in total

Hours and surcharge

• Standard service free from 06:00 to 23:00, 7 days a week
• Arrivals between 00:00 and 05:59: 385 DH surcharge (outside Casablanca/Mohammedia)
• Delayed flight: handover adjusted at no cost

Returning the car

Share your departure flight time: the agent meets you at your terminal's drop-off zone, performs the inspection and releases the hold (Basic). A fuel station sits on the airport access road (A7/N9) to return the car full — cars are delivered full and returned full.
